Yes I agree, but after that the white queen and rook may counter attack on row 8.
I think that the black has won match anyway, for instance:
5. Rb8+ Kh7
6. Qxe5 Qxg2+
7. Kf4 Qd2+
8. Kf5 Qg5#
but it seems harder than the way is presented on the problem...

Why not 7.Qg5+ and force black to exchange queens? After 8.Rxg5 it would be rather unclear who's winning.
