After 14. Ka7 Qc4? to me doesn't seem to be the correct continuation. Wouldn't Qc6 forcing 15. Kb8 Qb6+ 16. Kc8 to get the king stuck behind the pawn and allow black's king to start working its way down while continuing to trap the king behind the pawn until the black king was in position?

Yes, it's a draw.
But that alone doesn't make it bad. It can be handy to know how to salvage a draw from certain situations. The problem is that it appears that the chess engine doesn't recognize that a queen vs. bishop pawn on the 7th rank is a draw if the king is too far away. I'm not saying the chess engine doesn't know, just that it appears that way, from the +7.21 score. Not saying I'd hit the draw button here as black, though. I'd take 50 moves to see if white blunders.

@sccadams
It took me those fifty moves to learn what was obvious to you: that "a queen vs. bishop pawn on the 7th rank is a draw if the king is too far away." Obviously I am still learning that queens are not omnipotent.

Again, thanks to you and those other considerate players for your comments so helpful to beginners like me.
