 already down a rook, I don't think trading pieces is best here, not sure if WT had many choices at this point.

 going pawn hunting, but WT makes a fatal error.

 
27. c5
 Now the queen is captured, pawn on c5 blocks only escape route

 
27... Rd8 28. Qc7+ Rd7
 WT resigns!
