It's the Saragossa Opening, which is quite rare.

This is a bad move. It weakens the white king and the g1-a7 and e1-h4 diagonals

In general, this sort of move ought to be avoided. In some openings it's good, but you have to know what they are! To give some indication how risky this pawn advance is, Black can consider playing 3...Nxe4 here, with the attack: 4.fxe4 Qh4ch 5.Ke2 Qxe4ch 6.Kf2 Bc4ch 7.d4 exd4. At this point, if White thinks half-pinning the Queen by 8.Qe1(??) will save him, he gets a rude awakening by 8...dxf3! Fortunately 8.Bd3! instead seems to allow White to wriggle clear with an edge after 8...dxf3ch 9.Kf1 cxb2 10.Bxb2.

This is a bad move for the reasons others noted above me. But I would like to add that you should now try to avoid trading the black squared bishop, because you can see how weak the black squares of white are.

When your opponent plays poorly, just play normally and you'll get an advantage.

Funny pawn structure. But white will have trouble developping pieces.

This move blocks your d-pawn. When developing bishops, try not to block in your central pawns. 4...d5 was better. You should try to open the game because in an open game the pawn on b4 is a weakness, while in a closed game the b4-pawn is not as weak and gains space.

Understandable, but now that c5 was unavailable, probably e2 was a better spot for this bishop. Then play ...d6 and ...Be6, say.

Another bad move by your opponent: this move weakens white's kingside even more.

This is a mistake because the pawn can be taken for free.

Black missed a chance for a fine tactical shot here: 6...Nxe4! (or ...Nxg4!). This would have won a pawn 'in broad daylight', as after 7.fxe4? (or fxg4) Qh4ch 8.Ke2 Qxg4ch 9.Ke1 Qh4ch! (a useful finesse) 10.Ke2 Qxe4ch 11.Kf2 Qxh1 wins for Black.

You still stand better: after Ne8 white's game is full of weaknesses.

This loses your knight to 8.gxf6. The only move was 7...Ne8

White misses exf6 winning a piece for a pawn.

Your knight is under attack, so you must save it before continuing your development.

Again white misses gxf6. You must attack the over-extended white pawns.

Neither side is looking deeply enough into the game to see what is really happening on the board. Taking the position after Black's 8th move, White is doing fine, and winning the piece on f6 would just about yield a winning advantage. White's pawn structure exhibits plenty of weaknesses, but Black is poorly placed to exploit these after the missed opportunity at move 6. After 9.gxf6 Qxf6 10.Bg2 Qh4ch 11.Kf1 and then quickly get the pieces into the game.

OK, then: time to take stock. It will happen to all of us at one time or another when we feel that the game has slipped out of our control, and we don't know what we are doing. The first thing to do is examine the position closely for direct or short range threats. White has been attacking the f6-Knight (gxf6 is a direct threat) for quite a while now. So do something about it, if you can. The retreat ...Ne8 has been suggested, that's an idea; but I prefer the more active 9...Nh5, with the idea of 10...Nf4, or 10....Ng3 11.Rh3 Nxf1, depending on White's response.
