By centralizing your R. Why not centralize with your other R, so 16...Rbd8 That would've allowed you to centralize your other R, with a later Rf8-e8.

All the same, one forms the impression that White's game is very gradually heading south. There is no real pressure On Black's Q-side, now.

Perhaps too direct? A reasonable alternative is to begin a regrouping by 28.Qe4, with 29.Bc5ch to follow. Centralising looks to be a good idea about now, as there appears to be quite a bit of potential energy in Black's game.

I'd say too much energy.

And that pretty much takes White's light-square bishop out of the game. Black won't be unhappy about exchanging the b6-knight for it.
