You could try for a stalemate, i guess, but it would have been more achieveable with your rook still on the board. The trick is to get your king into a 'stalemate position, then sacrifice the rook. For an example of this king of thing, check this out:

In this apparently losing position, I have managed to get my King in a movebound (stalemate) position. As it is my move, had my rooks not been on the board, it would be Stalemate - a draw. That suggested a plan: get rid of my rooks!
