More aggressive would have been 42.Kg5, with realistic winning chances after 42...Rxb4 43.Qa8ch Kg7 44.Qc6

Getting hard to assess. Probably White's Q and pawns can hold the draw but I think once more I'd rather have the Black pieces in a position like this.

Better 44.Qe6, with drawing chances. Now the advantage slips towards Black once more.

Slightly better would have been 44...Rh5, to pick up the lead f-pawn. But the text is good enough for an edge.

That pawn should have waited. Instead 45...Rf6 was obvious and good, even though White had 46.Qa8ch Kg7 47.Qg2ch Kh8 48.Qa8ch Rf8 49.Qa1, pinning.

Not bad! Instead 46...c5 was a good alternative.

Passed pawns should be pushed. Well played. The queen is left more or less committed to defending the b-file, unless she can get in an indefinite series of checks.

OK, again, but I'll tell you why I'm not so keen on this move. The c-pawn, itself protected, offers a nice anchorage for the rook behind the b-pawn. The queen is for the moment pretty much tied down. Not a bad idea her would be to switch to the K-side with 48.h5

Right idea; wrong square. 50...Kd4 was correct. Now 50...c3 would be...
